If you go to their website the domain name is up for sale? Hopefully they forgot to renew the URL? See http://www.cris.co.uk/
Where are you getting this info from?
Website works fine for me and the domain is registered until 23/09/2025.
------------- I came into this world with nothing and I've still got most of it left.
Yep still working as had to email them a few weeks ago.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.

That is the info I am getting when trying to log into their URL. I am not the only one having the issue. I Google CRIS, and selected the link for the CRIS webiste which is as above. What URL are you using?
This is what I get -
cris.co.uk
is parked free, courtesy of 123 Reg.

I tapped on the link & got straight to the website. At the top it says “ Our contact centre is open 09.00 – 17.30 Monday to Friday, call us on 0203 282 1000.”
Give them a call?
I think I know what the issue is. I had no issue using the browser on the tablet. My laptop has Firefox and it seems the issue is with Firefox. Loads of other people having the same issue.
Certain CRIS are still around and going to be for the foreseeable future. They are a division of the NCC (National Caravan Council), which is the industry representative body.
Tried the website with several browsers and laptop and phone, and with Firefox on both, straight through without any issues in all cases!

Still no joy using FF and get the message that domain is up for sale. On same laptop using Edge no issue. Weird!

Using FF on Android tablet; just typed "cris" into Google, cris.co.uk was the first to come up, clicked on it and I got straight in, no problem.
