Hi, About 14 yrs ago CI in Hounslow on the A4 Bath Road had for sale some 20 or so Sprite XL 12 ft two berth Muskateers that had been converted to left hand drive. The door had been moved to the off side. I have owened one of these since new and towed it all round France with my MGB Roadster.
It is now in park morte on a site near Avigon and SO IS THE HANDBOOK, silly me.
I need to find a spare road wheel but have no idea of the wheel size, PCD , center hole or tyre size. can any one help
Thanks
John
Wiz, thanks for the tye sizes, any one any idea on the wheel nut configuration,or a spare to sell me. As I remember its 4 holes but dont know the spacing, not the thing you get in a hand book !!.
Cheers
Well. thanks to Wizard and his information on tyre sizes have just bought a spare on Ebay.has the right size tyre and is off an old sprite, hope the stud pattern fitts
Nigel, any chance of you measuring the distance between two of the stud or hole centers. My van is in France and If the wheel I have is the wrong PCD then no point in filling the car boot up with it, could get more goodies in instead.
Cheers
Cheers Wizard M8. Now I know what the tyre pressure for my Sprite is as there wasn`t a handbook.
Thanks
Kevin
No probs m8 , i actually got the info from another UKCS member some time ago , they sent me a photocopy of some of the pages of the handbook . If you want , i'll see if i can find it and send you a scan , just email me at bobanoba86 at hotmail.com .
