i have a swift 674 motorhome bought new 2019 i have had loads problems which sorted by warranty. january this year i had the sargent comms module replaced then noticed my key fob not working put down to flat battt changed batt still no good now been told by brownhills my alarm unit needs replacing cost £985 have anybody had this problem be interested to know
Don’t pay Brownhills to change it until you have spoken to Sargent yourself. You should have warranty on this for 3 years. Ours packed up and Sargent sent a new unit by courier to our house,I fitted it myself, simple just plugs in and the courier collected the old one when fitted. Totally FOC no charge whatsoever.
