Has anyone got any instructions for erecting this awning please? Struggling to work out if we have a pole missing or not

Leisurewize is spelled with a 'Z' and not an 'S' which is important if you want to do a Google search which is what I did but if you want their customer service number it's 0161 447 8597 which may be worth giving them a call and ask to see whether they have any instructions for their Apollo model awning.

Thanks. I did know it's spelt with a z but I think auto spell correct changed it. I've been on their site and can't find anything but I think my husband has worked it out now but thanks for replying

After conducting a search myself I found that there was another post asking the same question a few years back on this forum but unfortunately they didn't receive any replies. That's why I thought that the best solution to get what you need is to contact their customer service department which I believe that they trade under the name 'Streetwize'. Good luck anyway and hope you get a result.
