hi does anyone know where the fuses are for 240 volts and fuses for 12 volts please any photos would be very helpful

There won't be any fuses for 240 volts, there will be a small consumer unit with circuit breakers in it. I don't know that particular caravan, but the consumer unit, battery charger, and any 12 volt fuses are often under a seat or in the bottom of the wardrobe. As for the water heater, if it is a carver cascade type they do have a reset button.
we had a swift woodford and the fuses were in a top cupboard over seating area on rightside, there was four fuses thats you screw out, have a search for swift challenger wiring diagram as its the same model just change name for dealer specials.
