Just in case the filler is unsuccessful. I too had multiple cracks in my shower tray/floor, mainly because the raised areas had no support underneath and therefore it constabtly flexed. I started off sealing the crack after drilling a small hole at each end to prevent propogation, however more followed. I ended up painting the entire shower floor with a flexible paint/sealant.
