I have just bought a Buckaneer Elan 1.there is a small flap that takes a round 2 pin plug and it is not the main water supply. I have a small hose with a Whale pump that fits the socket. Can anyone tell me what this is for. Thanks.

I have a MH not a caravan. But going by our Whale pump (it’s our ‘external pump’ that we only use on serviced pitches), doesn’t the short pipe just go into your water hog?

Sounds to me like the pump that drops into the aquaroll.

Hi, thanks for reply, this inlet is plus the connection to the waterhog, I just can't understand why there is 2 connections

Just a thought!
Could it be for external shower of some sorts?
We have inlet for water, also a shower attachment at the side of ours.
NOT same van tho!! ours is an old coachman laser..

i.e one for water in + one for water out........
