Does anyone know if it is ok to use an air fryer on hook up. or do ihave to ask for a higher wattage hook up point. or are they ok to use on standard hook up post any one know anything about that or do i need to ask at the holiday park thanks Jez
We have got a Halogen oven which is basically the same as an air fryer. We don't have any issues with it regarding tripping the electrical circuit but like others have said, you need to limit what other appliances you have switched on simultaneously. Remember that an air fryer is NOT a low wattage appliance so some caution has to be applied even if you have a low wattage electric kettle or toaster. However, the one appliance to switch off is the hot water which is an appliance that quite often people forget about as they leave it on all day which is fine providing the other electrical appliances are low wattage.
Check the wattage of your airfryer - if it is less than or equal to 2kW then you will be fine on 10A EHU supply.
Remember only to use one piece of high wattage electrical appliance at a time, such as kettle, oven, electric stove, heater, etc., otherwise you could trip the supply.
Also, do not assume the supply is 10A or higher, as there are sites with less than 10A supply. Therefore, it is worth checking with the sites if it is not stated on their websites.

We have a airfryer at home but bought another lower wattage for the caravan, both of ours are like mini ovens.
The lower wattage one has an heating element at the top, whereas the one at home has top and bottom.

Both cook yorkshire pudding perfectly
We bought a 1400w Tower air fryer from Tesco so about 5amp. Tried it with chips and chicken and even better than our Ninja maxi air fryer.
