We're thinking about replacing our dear old Elddis with a Bailey Phoenix 640 2020 model. But all of the video reviews we've seen so far don't show any access to storage under the front sofas apart from the nearside one that's accessed through the nearside locker. Is there any storage space under the offside sofa at all? We'd just like to know before we go home from Cornwall to physically be able to go and see this. Fingers crossed some nice uk campsiter can help us out🙏
We have a new GT75 Phoenix 640. Both front beds lift to,access storage. The nearside has the external door as well.
Offside on ours has the Truma heater and some trunking but there is space.
I would have thought that the earlier models are the same.

Thank you so very much for that👍We assumed that must have been the case as we had similar in our much older Esprit Flair. Mind you, that was decades ago and we didn't even have running not water in that😀 We haven't had to lift the front sofas up in our Elddis Riviera 505, only having to lift the sofas in the rear dinette because we have pull down fronts at the bottom of the front sofas😉We're keeping our fingers crossed that this one we're hoping to get will still be available when we get back home from Cornwall.
That Bailey Phoenix 640 2020 model was indeed still there when we got home from Cornwall at the beginning of September last year and we went along to see and buy it the very next day😂And we absolutely LOVE it💃💃💃The fact that I no longer have to make up any double bed when it's just the two of us is something I'd longed for for many years and this makes my painful body VERY grateful🤗 We enjoyed a 3 night mini break away at the end of September to try it all out and it felt like total luxury after our beloved 20 year old Elddis💓
