If you Google 'caravan blind repairs', there are quite a few DIY tips and listed commercial repairers.

If you want to replace with a complete s/h unit, here's a couple of sites with lists of breakers:

Things like blinds are usually bought in items by caravan manufacturers, so often standard items common to many vans, and they often don't change for many years, but a 20 year old van may be pushing that for new spares/replacement and S/H may be your best/only option.

I don’t know what blinds they are, but Leisureshopdirect has a number of the cassette types. I could have got a replacement for my then 20+ year old MH lounge window (decided to patch it with duct tape instead).

Just managed to source 2 x cassette blinds with fly screen from a breakers near Halifax to replace the 2 the dogs totalled when enthusiastically greeting the wife on our return to the caravan on the ferry! Won’t make that mistake again!
