Hi, We are looking for a small porch awning to use when away for weekends.
The height of our Lunar Conquest 462 says 260 cms. We liked the look of the Dometic Rally 200 but the height range is up to 250cms so guessing that's not going to be much good. All the ones I've looked at seem to have the same height specification.
Is our caravan just too high for a porch awning? We've got a full Isabella awning but don't want the hassle of putting it up just for a couple of nights.
Will the 10cms difference in height prove to be too much?
Would welcome any ideas and suggestions please.

I've had lots of porch awnings in my many years of caravanning on 6 or 7 caravans. No problem with height.

I've got a Lunar 524, which is the 4 berth version of yours, and the 2.6m height (same as yours) is the OVERALL height to the highest point which is the TV aerial, NOT the awning rail. Porch awnings are dimensioned to the rail height range. Caravan rail heights don't seem to be published very often! - but seem to mostly fall within the 235-260cm height!

Both my awnings, a Kampa (Dometic) Rally Air Pro 330 (235-265cm rail height, and a SunnCamp Swift Deluxe 260 SC (235-250cm rail height) fit perfectly.

I got the Sunncamp for short stays, as the Kampa was a bit of a handful for only a couple of days use.

Thank you both. We have been down the storage yard and measured the height and we are well within the range. Hadn't initially thought it may include the TV Ariel etc, we only want a little porch for when not using the full awning so will be picking one up from Highbridge tomorrow ready for next weekend. Hopefully the good weather forecast will last!

Does the height include the status aerial? We had a Lunar and no issue with porch awnings.
