not sure on the Reich mover, but i adjusted my power touch earlier this year as i fitted new tyres. the power touch has 4 "U" bolts that clamp around the caravan chassis, together with 2 x 17mm stop bolt clamps (one either side). to adjust all the stop bolts and "U" clamps are loosened then the whole mover is slid nearer or further away from the tyre.
my measurement is 18mm I.I.R.C. so i used a small piece of chipboard the correct thickness, put that between the mover rollers and the tyre, push the mover up to that ,then retighten the "U" clamps and re-adjust the stop bolts .
i would have thought the Reich would be similar, unless there is some form of easier adjustment, on the Reich.
also its much easier if you jack up the front end of the van, untill the back of the van is touching the floor, ( assuming the mover is fitted at the front of the axel, if not then t'other way around
------------- I predict a riot !!
