I have water ingress in my wardrobe. If I try to reduce the condensation in there can I use a heater or just a fan to help move the air around or is it futile to even try !!!
Leave the wardrobe and toilet doors open and placed a few bowls of salt around various areas.
Check about every 5 or 6 weeks as nd replace salt as required.
I get bad condensation in my cloth roofed car if I’ve not proofed it for a while. I bought a specific hand-sized pack from Halfords. It has a blue spot in the middle & when that turns pink, I bring it in to a radiator to dry it out back to blue.
Otherwise, another vote for leaving the wardrobe door open (but we make sure the light inside isn’t on).
I do not have space for a wardrobe, only drawers for clothes, or hang a handful of items in the bathroom.
When it was very cold a couple of years ago, despite having the roof-mounted air conditioning unit on the over-winter setting from October to March, I found condensation inside the cupboards above and below the sink in the kitchen.
So I leave cupboard doors ajar nowadays.
