Hi all, I’ve just picked up a 2001 Bailey pageant Bordeaux, got all plugged in lights charger and fridge all working, I have switched main fuse spur for the heating system on to run on 2kw electric, the green light is illuminated on the thermostat, the heater is producing heat, however the fan that doesn’t appear to working, I tried switching it to manual and auto still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated
Hi and welcome to the forum. The fan is 12 volts and should run independantly from the fire. We had a problem whereby the front of the fire would fall off during transit, (quite common) often the plug to the fan controller would also be pulled off so have a good look areound the controller for loose or broken wires.

yes this is quite common if the spring clips are weak allows the front panel to jump off whilst travelling and connectors pull apart. I fixed the panel on Daughters Caravan with a small bracket each side pop riveted on, and screwed to the cabinet. Other than that the fan may be seized.
