Stating the obvious, but have you checked online for a YouTube video? Written instructions are probably not available: they’d come as paper, and get binned after the first trip.
Otherwise, it’s possible to work these things out: it just needs a relaxed & dry day before you go away. Friends can help. Use coloured tape to mark the poles that match up.

Thanks, nothing on YouTube or normal web search. Eventually found very basic instructions using AI search. I've got most of it worked out but can't try it as one of the poles is broken so I need to sort that out first. Thanks again. ??

A general Google for "Royal Welbeck 260 porch awning instructions" seemed an obvious place to start, and proved successful first try!

Royal are not the most popular awning brand, so chances of anyone on here actually having instructions were quite slim TBH.
