New to caravaning, never been before, just bought a bailey ranger from a local dealer. Scared to death that we will do everything wrong on our first camp would be grateful for any tips.
We have recently bought a Ranger 500/5. Not had the opportunity to use it yet, just a tow from dealer to storage. Will be taking it back next week to have an alko 3004 stabiliser fitted so another opportunity to get used to the towing. When we first used our previous van (only 2 years ago) we felt as if everyone was watching us. We made obvious errors, which is all part of the steep learning curve. If in doubt, ask. Everyone, so far, has been more than happy to help out. I dare say that when the bailey is taken out, we will have to learn again, but that is all part of the fun. The manuals that come with the van seem very thorough and simple.
We pick our Bailey Ranger 500/5 up from the dealer on saturday - this is our first van and we are very nervous about towing it to the storage site. WE have already had a alko 3004 fitted together with tyron bands so hopefully thats a couple of things less to worry about!
