Hi All

Has anyone had any dealings with the above companies?

Bought a brand new caravan in back in September last year from Wandahome (our first). We were given all the brochures on HAPPE which is the aftersales/service department and part of the Wandahome group.  Paid £279 for this service which, being new to caravanning thought would be an advantage in respect of the servicing and breakdown cover thats included

On collection we noticed that there was several 'faults' with the interior, nothing major just scratches on door fronts, oil marks on carpets etc.  'Don't worry' we were told, as we had taken out HAPPE membership they would deal with any problems/faults/missing items on our behalf direct with the manufacturer and we were assured that we had nothing to worry about.  After registering the faulty items with HAPPE we were told that some items may take 6-8 weeks for delivery.

This we could understand, however we are now in to February and we are still waiting for some of the replacement items to come through.  We are constantly having to make phone calls to HAPPE to chase them, not once have they had the common courtesy to call us and advise us of the present position.

Although none of the faults stop us from enjoying our new 'toy' it does take the edge of it a little.

Spoke to them again this morning and basically laid our cards on the table and started talking tough and mentioned breech of contract etc,...... lets hope this finally gets things moving.

Just wondered if any other members have had this problem or are we just unlucky.

HAPPE we are not!!!

Thanks
