We have nothing like this in the States that I know of.....

I particularly like the part about "profiling" the driver of the tow vehicle!

Very interesting Jenny but I think the report is a bit ancient. Could do with an update from whoever wrote it.

I never travel with my curtains or blinds closed but lots of people do. They wouldn't if they read the article!!!
