  Hi i came across this on a caravan i was hoping to buy turned out the inside wall was damp

hi i had the same on a swift challenger we owned a few years

ago, i sealed these by drilling the spots to take a pop rivet

put sillicone in the hole first then the pop rivet,

( use largest head rivet you can get )

then put a touch of paint on the rivet to hide it, not perfect

but it did work and stopped the van being damp,  

but was only a temp measure in truth

as replacing the skin is the only real way to cure it
