I need to buy a whole lot of accessories for a new caravan. I'll be going to France and Spain shortly and I'm wondering is it cheaper to buy caravan accessories on the continent than buying from UK internet sites.

Has anyone compared prices?

Thanks Paul for the link. Its an Interesting site alright.

I'm thinking it may be easier to stop off at a hypermarche on the way down through France and buy the stuff I need there.  I have the feeling that prices in France are better but I'm not certain.  I'm thinking of levellers, wheel chocks, water carriers etc. 

hi not been to france yet.if it was me i would take all with you.i dont see how it can be cheaper in the long run.you will also have the problem of finding the locations of the caravan shops.i was just thinking today that my tool box was heavier than all the clothes we take,i get told regular.i still take loads of what ifs, spares in abundance. pumps/bulbs/tape/glue/tv wires/ect.ect.in france some are compulsory.including two pairs of glasses if you wear them and a yellow jacket.
