Hi and yes - dont expect any help from Swift group should you have any issues on which you need to refer to the manufacturer - apart from that the vans are great.
Unfortunately, my ownership experience has been marred.....see my previous posting for info - if you feel inclined.
My wife and I have a Moonestone (see gallery photos)and are very satisfied with it our is a 2002 model we just got it last October and have had a few good outings with it, and it tows very well, we have bought a Tuscanny Awning which give us bags of extra space, the Caravan bed is very comfortable, bunks are easy to put up for the Grand children etc Wash Room/WC is very good but we have not had time to try out the Shower yet, interior is finished to a good high standard well laid out etc, anything else you would like to know please just ask us,
But apart from our bad experience i would say on a whole they are a very nice looking caravan, we love ours just a pitty we have so many problems with it.
But i think ours is a one off.
