We bought a pageant bretagne from harringtons near delamere forest in cheshire, they knocked off the delivery charge, about £500 and also threw in a porch awning worth about £120,this was last september when we ordered it and picked it up 7th march this year.Harringtons is only five minutes from where we live so handy for service/warranty work when required,we also got a voucher for 10% off anything you bought in the leisure shop and as we needed wheel clamps, hitch lock, water carriers, etc if you buy it all on the same day you make quite a saving, also if you buy an awning within a couple of weeks they'll knock something off that too and service with a smile is what i've found
Same here almost - Lee Davey caravans at Harrietsham very helpful. Although we didn't get a 10% voucher, they did drop the delivery charge, and some other minor odds & sods left in the van.
To be honest, we'd have bought the van anyway, but it's good to ask!!!!

What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it's all about....?
The dealer we ordered from wasn't giving much away price wise, but the deal when we ordered included an alko 1300 stabilizer and hitch lock, spare wheel and tyre, and an upgraded mechanical warranty from 3 to 6 years. Also anything that we buy from the shop on the day of collection will be less 10%.
Given that they most of Bailey's manufacturing schedule is already sold for the next 3 months at least getting any discount seems difficult.
just bought my first van a Bailey Ranger 500/5. got it at Wallace caravans in Kirkcaldy. they threw in the Alko 3004 triple pack / spare wheel/tyre / battery / wastemaster and aqua roll gas and wing mirror. they did offer as an alternative a Bradcot Awning but as its our first van we decided on the accesories pack. Also very helpful.
I got a good deal at the last NEC show fromChichester Caravans but I think deals at the show are subsidised by Bailey because it was much better than offers just before the show. I was able to take a very positive stance because I had already sold my van (on here) and knew what I wanted (Indiana) . I was able to go round the Bailey dealers and Chichester tried hard because they knew I was getting a van that day. I sold my van first on the advice of another dealer just before the show .He said dealers were full of part exs from a previous show and few had space to take in any more. He said he would not do any part exs for some time after NEC.

we have just bought a new 500/5, we are having trouble with lights on roof near heki sun roof keep breaking whist travelling have you had any similar. Apart from that great van
We have a 5104/L we got a free awning, groundsheet, stabiliser a host of other stuff, Also a free Landrover towcar!! . Did really well knocking down the price.
Price on window was £32,000 and we managed to get him down to £10,500 !!
On a serious note, I think everyone pays around the same as the dealers must make a profit on the van, albeit about £500.
We felt that the price of our new Bailey caravan (yet to be collected!) was good as we'd seen other makes a bit more expensive. When we bought from Chichester Caravans we got the free starter kit they reckon is worth £300 but you get a hitch lock, wheel clamp, electric lead, water + waste water carrier thingies, waste hose, etc etc. We also got money knocked off the alko stabiliser and the awning. Added to that we can get 10% off anything in the shop if we show our receipt for caravan - for as long as we like as far as I can remember. Don't think it was a bad deal.
We got a great deal from Shrewsbury Leisure Caravans. We bought a Baileys Limousin with 4 wheel auto engage mover for a cost £14,550. Nobody at the NEC could beat it. In fact one salesman though we were telling porkies and said " Tell them I will buy all my caravans from them if they are knocking out deals like that"....
It is dependant on which model youre buying, apparently some they could sell more than they can get their hands on eg pageant 7 loire & limousin. The Discover dealer near us shifted 3 limousins alone within a couple of weeks last month and at the begining of this month they only had one left within the whole group so they wouldnt be doing much in the way of big price drops I wouldnt have thought. They wouldnt shift on "screen price" but you may find sweeteners thrown in.
We got an excellent part ex price, low apr, extended warranty inc on site service and not charged the £495 delivery. We also got £200 worth of accesories thrown in.
Every bit helps and shy kids get nowt
Mind you tbh I'd have bought it at full whack anyway.
