Hi, just looking for some advice. Do the front poles of the awning just sit on the grass/hardstanding or do they have to be hammerred into the ground, also do the suction cups on the overhead poles need to be pressed hard against the caravan to make a seal or are they just rested against the van.

Hi Gerripet , the awning poles don't need to be hammered into the ground , and the suction cups don't need to be pushed hard against the caravan .
