Hi

We have just purchased a caravan and we are struggling to find somewhere to store it, we were thinking of the one in Kidsgrove as that is closest to us but it is full.

We have a lovely big drive to put the van on but unfortunately there is a covenant in our deeds that states no caravans or commercial vehicles (although there are some on the estate) our neighbours are nasty and I know they will cause problems for us.

not sure where you are but there is one in talke £250 yearly ok for small van a bit tricky for larger ones.

also one in wynbunbury cheshire £170 yearly better security than the one above also easy to access with single or twin axles.

he is a nice chap the vans are stored on grass but if u want to put a hardstanding base down he will let you (we have)

sorry dont no the answer to that one ! we travel through the night so pick up the van just before richard locks his gate.

idea...... can you not pick up the van bafore rich locks the gate and sleep in it outside the compound to make an early get away ?

other than that ring rich an see if he will arrange to unlock the gate earlier ?

He phoned back this afternoon and invited us down to have a look, not too far from us only 2 miles from my other half's work.  We are keeping the van on our drive at the the moment to see if anyone complains.

Oh and I forgot to ask him if we can may monthly or does he need it all at once?

dont think rich lets you pay monthly but you can do either 6 or 12 monthsbut am sure it has to be payed in 1 payment.
