Hi all,

Thanks a lot for all the help on recent posts. This one is a long shot but we need awning instructions for an NR Jupiter awning (oldish burgudy/ grey thing, inbetween a porch and a full awning). I've tried NR but they don't make it anymore and can't help.

We got it thrown in with our secondhand van and have had a good go at it, but have got a feeling there might be poles or other vital parts missing. If anyones got even a frame diagram that they wouldnt mind posting, we could try and match it all up to see whether or not we're wasting our time and should just buy another one.

Many thanks, Ian

Try contacting NR Awnings again and say you're in a right pickle and really need their help.  I can't believe they simply can't help you - not very impressive!

Another suggestion, why not keep an eye on eBay and see if a Jupiter awning comes up for auction.  You could always try contacting the seller and ask if they have the instructions and would be willing to let you have a copy.  Cheeky I know, but what you don't ask for, you don't get!!

Good luck!

Jazzycats.
