HI,

I have just attempted to fit my ALKO 2700 to my Lunar Sunbeam 82'.

However, the previous hitch had a horizontal bolt and nut aswell as a vertical one.

The ALKO requires you to fit two horizontal ones, is there an adaptor for this as drilling the the arm would prove difficult as the length would not match making me drill four holes in stead of the additional two, which would also mean moving the shock to a new hole.

Can anyone help me??

CJ

I have just got off the phone to Solihull Caravans, an alko stabiliser hitch is not compatible with my van, and even if I did get it to fit, because the draw arm roatates so much it wouldn't actually be stabilising me very well anyway.

So, I need a swan neck towbar stabiliser bracket and stabilser bar.

Also you will see in the classifieds, my 2007 AKS ALKO Stabiliser is for sale at £100, second hand but in good condition with spacers and copy of instructions.

PM me if interested or email cj_bell at hotmail.com.

Cheers
