the caravan that sounded perfect for us that we had arranged to see this wednesday that was a nailed on deal, had the deposit to secure it and everything, has been sold from beneath our noses.
id even measured up for new drive gates and alterations to fencing to squeeze it in the back garden plus provisionally planned some trips out in it.
now its gone & theres no sign of anything as well specd at that price to replace it.

It must be dissapointing but as debsj says there will be something even Better if you can just wait a while longer...There are always good bargains and great used caravanas just waiting for the right buyer to come along...Maybe next time take plenty of cash with you as a deposit!!! Good Luck ...Floyd.

console yourself, it was never meant to be,had it been it would be in your driveway now.
Fate has a way of working in your favour sometimes,I think this is one of them.
Something really good will come your way soon and later you will be glad you missed out this time.

Certainly wouldn't mind the car - an old Standard Vanguard. It had one of the best six cylinder engines of its time which in various guises went on to power the Triumph 2000, the 2.5Pi, the TR6, the Vitesse and even a derivative went into the Triumph Stag. In it's time the engine may have been equalled but it was never bettered hence its longevity.

Same thing happened to us Bev. Thank God.
I was devastated when I was told to phone him at 5.00pm to go through and view the caravan we wanted and he wouldn't answer the phone because he had sold it.
Am I glad he didn't answer the phone, because we have now got our perfect caravan. We love it to bits. It was worth waiting for.
So the moral of this story is ermmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm don't know, but we're H.A.P.P.Y.
