The wife has said we have to sell of 2004 Bailer Senator Carolina 6 berth. I was wondering where The best place to advertise it would be and should I wait until spring and if I did would I realistically get a better price. The storage is paid for until March and I have not long renewed the insurance so it wouldn't cost me any more to wait. I am also not really sure of it's value. It was 15500 new in 2004 but we have fitted a motor mover and have everything (and more) that you need for a tourer. ANy advice would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Chris

I reckon you will do better to sell it privately than going to a dealer.
best bet I would think is hang on in there till the new year say Feb when people are thinking of buying a van at the moment if they buy it, it wont be used until the new year, and they will expect it to be cheaper out of season.

We have sold a couple of vans on Ebay with no problems. Personally I would wait until March as the market is very quiet at the end of the season.

Apart from this site (on which I sold my last caravan for a small charge for photos) ,iIthink www.preloved.co.uk is good and free . I have both bought and sold on it before.------------- Mister G
