Usually in a corner at the back of the van you will find a bleed nipple, the idea being the boiler normally in the gas locker is furthest away and the van can be tilted very slightly to make sure the nipple is at the highest point in the pipe system. Problem is I know ABI had some strange ideas on where the boiler should be fitted? so the nipple might be anywhere but it will I think be in a corner.

EDIT, I might be telling you wrong, the Primus system appears to be 'self bleeding' through the header tank with the pump on the return side of the pipework.
