Hi,

We are considering the possibility of a seasonal pitch for our caravan next year and we wondered if anyone had any experience and/or recommendations of sites in the North West or North Wales regions.

We had seasonal pitch for first time this year and thought it was great. We had a super pitch which is mains electric, mains water & waste water hook up. for the price we paid we certainly had our monies worth. We also hired it out to friends and family which is a good idea as you get some of your money and some-one is looking after your van whilst your not in it. Only down side is when something gets broken ie a window stay or the awning gets blown down in gale force winds(this happened to us). Still you live and learn, we wont be using full awning till end of May beginning of June. We will be doing the same next season to, it means that you can get away when you want for a short week-end without worrying about the equipment that you need to take. Best thing we ever done.

We have seasonal pitch in West Wales and its the best thing we have ever done. We go most weekends and some sick weeks from work when the hubby has stress (Ha Ha)It is our little heaven. We only have a 2 berth but it is just big enough for two mmmmm. We dont put our full awning up often, just a porch which is big enough for shoes and coats and even 2 chairs. If you can do it go for it.

IF IT ROCKING DONT COME KNOCKING
