We went away but didn't do it in ours, we had it at a hotel instead and it was very good thank you. (Christmas lunch of course). We had nibbles in the morning though.
Just seen this topic and i know its a bit late , but i cook all sorts in the caravan , we have a full oven and hob, and i bake cakes, pies. bread, i make full dinners meat 4 veg yorkshires the works . i put the table up to roll out the pastry when i bake pies and bread .i keep full set of pans and crockery and oven tins/trays in the van , i dont know why but i enjoy cooking in the caravan better than i do at home.

Sounds like a chuck wagon to me...you don't have a hatch in the side for serving fellow campers by any chance?
Tee hee....we DID it in the caravan! The full monte, too - turkey, 2 kinds of home made stuffing, sausages,roast potatoes and parsnips and steamed veg. with Mr Squirrel's proper gravy.
