any one used a satellite dish in france if so does a 43cm dish work

My mini dish worked fine in France and was only beaten in the South of Spain where not even my 80cm dish was beaten.

A 43cm dish will be fine over here. Even down in the very south of France, it'll be big enough to receive.

Hi

Firstly I assume you want to pick up the BBC and ITV channels.

If so it depends to a degree on your satellite receiver's sensistivity and the quality of your LNB.

I would suggest that Northern to Mid France it'll probably be O.K. but a larger dish is needed for the South of France and Spain.

My 66cm dish worked through France for BBC & ITV but once we reached Spain I needed a larger dish.

Hooked upto a neightbours 1.65 dish in La Manga and receiving everything.

The LNB/Digibox combination also affects what you can receive.
