I am actually looking to extend the size of the car by adding the tent. Sort of increase the living space, so I need a tent/awning attachment of some kind
Thats exactly what I am looking for. However, its not a 4x4 i have - just an ordinary hatchback. But I could contact them anyway. There definitly is a thing called a Caratent, which I saw years ago that is specifically for small cars. Thanks for you help
Thats the type of thing, although as you say, expensive. The caratent was much cheaper and simpler and simply clips around the open tailgate of the car.
