Hi

I picked up a new Overlander yesterday after being impressed going round Gmex last week.

Does anyone have any experience with the alarm thats fitted to the eleite range?  I need to set it without the tilt sensor as my driveway is on to greater slope.  In the manual it says you hold the remote until it beeps twice but when I do this is just sets and then unset on the second beep.

The van is excellent by the way and we are looking forward to taking it to Geneva in a fortnight.

Thanks

You could try setting the tilt range.  On the alarm box there is a lever, slide this until the PIR light flashes green.  It means you will have to reset it when you are on a level site though.  Handbook is in the van so can't help other than this.

Thanks for the advice.  The drive is very steepand the tilt sensor doesn't adjust enough.

I have worked it out though

If you press the alarm until it beeps the first time and then press it again once the tilt sensor isn't activated and if you beep it twice the PIR isn't activated.

Thanks again.
