Is there a vintage caravan register in existance?

I have a dry 1962 Thompson T Line with original fittings, awning, some original paperwork etc.

A council person (substitute here what word you think appropiate) acting on a complaint seems to think it is just an old scrap caravan which it is not.

It just needs a good wash after the very wet winter and the cross ply tyres need replacing.
