We have just bought a new full dorema montana awning with 2 full size bedroom annexes,befoe this we had an awning and universal annexe with inner tent,we have given the awning to someone who has just scraped the money together to buy a second hand van,but we still have the universal annexe and inner tent so if anyone wants it your welcome to it.
We only bought it last July and paid about £89 for it,it,s got a small rip at the bottom where someone stood on it but it,s not caused any problems as it,s only on the outer annexe and not on the inner tent.
I live near Blackpool so if it helps anyone out your more than welcome to it,or i can post it for the cost of postage.
can anyone tell me about abi award transtar caravans as ive just bought one an dont know much about caravaning an hv never seen one dont know if ive been ripped off ,,
To be honest i,m not realy 100% sure,some look lovely but i,ve never stayed on any as they are so close to home.
I,m in Cleveleys just outside blackpool and there is a couple nearby that look nice,one is stannah which is on a country park looking out over the river wyre.There is a realy nice walk along the bridlepath to a great pub at skippool creek.I,ve known a couple of people who,ve stayed there and they said it was lovely,completely different to the busier ones in blackpool.
The other one is the river wyre caravan park which is just off the main road (a535) and looks nice when i,ve been driving past.
If it,s a busier park that your looking for with more to do then martin mere in blackpool itself is supposed to be nice,i think it,s a haven park or one of the big companies.
If there is any you like the sound of and want any more info on i,ll gladly go and have a look and take some piccies for you,just give me a shout.
