Raccoon Media Group launches National Outdoor Expo Awards
Raccoon Media Group has today announced the launch of the first ever National Outdoor Expo
Awards. The event will recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements and contributions in the outdoor community. The awards have been created to honour the people, organisations, and innovations that have left an indelible mark on the outdoor world.
Hosted by Lucy Mills, the National Outdoor Expo Awards will include the following categories;
Inspirational person of the year
Outdoor community of the year
Innovative product of the year
Retailer of the year
Best outdoor adventure location
Most sustainable initiative for the outdoor market
Outdoor education and training award
Positive impact of the year in the outdoor market
Best outdoor blog/podcast/social channel
Charity initiative of the year
The process for nominations and voting will be open to the public, allowing everyone in the outdoor community to have their say and support their favourite entrants. The winners will be determined through a public vote, ensuring the most deserving candidates receive recognition.
The event will bring together some of the biggest names in the outdoor community in what is certain to be a memorable occasion for all attendees. Nominations for the National Outdoor Expo Awards will open on Wednesday 7th February 2024 and will close on Wednesday 16th February 2024. The public vote will open on Thursday 22nd February until Friday 8th March with winners being announced in a closed reception at the National Outdoor Expo on Saturday 23rd March.

The deadline for applications is the 16th February 2024.
