We`re looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking couple to join our team at Croft Farm Water Park for the 2027 summer season.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a couple who enjoy working together, meeting new people and being part of a busy, family-run holiday park. With a free pitch for your own motorhome or caravan included, it`s an ideal opportunity to spend the summer in a beautiful lakeside setting.
About Croft Farm
Croft Farm is a busy, family-run holiday park located just one mile from the historic town of Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire.
We offer a fantastic mix of touring and camping pitches, seasonal pitches, self-catering accommodation and a development of 30 luxury holiday lodges.
At the heart of the park is our beautiful 9-acre lake, where guests enjoy a wide range of watersports, including windsurfing, sailing, stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking.
There`s always something happening at Croft Farm! As well as welcoming holidaymakers and our regular seasonal guests, we host school residential trips, sports tours, group bookings and larger events, including our very own Bredon Cider Festival.
No two days are quite the same, and we`re looking for a couple who enjoy working in a lively, varied environment.
About the Roles
We`re looking for a couple who can work together and independently to help maintain the high standards of our holiday park.
The main focus of the roles will be keeping our toilet and shower facilities clean, fresh and welcoming for guests, alongside general site maintenance, tidying and helping to keep the park looking its best.
Duties will include:
Cleaning and maintaining toilet and shower blocks to a high standard.
Keeping communal areas clean, tidy and presentable.
General site tidying, litter picking and waste management.
Assisting with basic grounds maintenance and upkeep of the park.
Helping guests with general enquiries and providing friendly customer service.
Supporting the wider team with a variety of tasks during busy periods.
Assisting with preparations for events and group bookings when required.
We`re looking for a couple who are happy to get stuck in, take pride in their work and understand that working on a busy holiday park means being adaptable and willing to help wherever needed.
Working Hours & Pay
£13.50 per hour, per person (self-employed basis).
Seasonal positions from mid-April to mid-September 2027.
Hours will vary throughout the season, increasing during our busy summer months.
Weekend and bank holiday working will be required.
Flexibility with working days and hours is essential, particularly during peak periods.

Flexible and adaptable - willing to turn your hands to different tasks as required.
Good-humoured - able to enjoy working in a busy environment, even when things get hectic!
A full UK driving licence is required.
Successful applicants will also be required to undergo DBS checks, which will be arranged and paid for by Croft Farm.
