We are looking to appoint a Warden/Warden Couple for our newly acquired family-owned Caravan Park. Although this is a newly acquired park, we do have other locations and are very knowledgeable in the industry. The park is situated in Coldingham,Berwick-upon-Tweed Berwickshire and very close to the coast - a fantastic lifestyle for the selected applicants.
Ideally, this post would suit a couple, however, we are not ruling out an individual applicant. The successful candidates will be enthusiastic, confident and motivated with good communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. They will be able to deliver excellent customer service and be required to carry out various cleaning & maintenance tasks.
Accommodation can be provided, but should you have your own motorhome/caravan/tourer this can also be accommodated.
The park consists of a mixture of lodges, static holiday homes, touring caravan/camping pitches and the potential of a small amount of hire fleet when the time is right.
Experience working on a caravan holiday park essential.
Job Role 1.
* Grounds and site maintenance - gardening e.g. mowing, strimming, hedge cutting and weeding.
* Delivering and connecting gas bottles.
* Moving, siting and commissioning caravans with a team when needed.
* Minor DIY Tasks
* Drivers licence essential, specific park training desirable (moving, siting, electrical, etc)
*On-call duties
Job Role 2.
* Basic office admin
* Managing customers issues and concerns
* Use of booking systems (training provided)
*reception desk, welcoming guests
*check ins
* Cleaning of our amenities block and rental accommodation.

Both roles will include the following:
* Individuals to work weekends and bank holidays which would be on 5 days on, 2 days off (during the week) rota
* You will be dealing with customers so maintaining a professional demeanour is essential
* Demonstrate flexibility
* Ability to be practical in their approach
* Be able to cope with a busy and varied role
* Show good organisational skills
* Have high expectations of themselves and their colleagues
* Enthuse and inspire site and maintenance teams
* Be able to drive company vehicles if necessary
