Assistant Warden / Team Member (ONE PERSON ONLY)
Permanent Position / Live-On-Site Role
This is a single-person position. The successful applicant will live on site in their own caravan, with a pitch provided free of charge. We will also cover electricity and gas.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Warden / Team Member to join our family-owned and family-run holiday park on the Fylde Coast.
You will work alongside two existing wardens who live on site, as well as our wider park team, helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the park.

The role:
As an Assistant Warden / Team Member, you will help with the general running, maintenance and presentation of the park, as well as assisting our guests.
Responsibilities include:
Welcoming guests and assisting with arrivals and departures
Reception duties, telephone enquiries and bookings
Cleaning amenity blocks and shared facilities
Hot tub cleaning, testing and maintenance — full training provided
Assisting with changeover days and checking cleaning standards
General DIY, repairs and decorating
Grounds maintenance, including mowing and strimming
General park maintenance and guest assistance
The role can be particularly busy on changeover days, so good organisation, teamwork and the ability to work under pressure are important.
Experience & requirements
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Full UK driving licence required
DIY, grounds maintenance or hot tub experience is a bonus
Reliable, practical and able to work independently
Comfortable working outdoors
Willing to work some evenings, weekends and rostered on-call nights
Hours:
Low season: 3 days per week
Peak season: 4 days per week
Some evenings, weekends and rostered on-call nights
The role is offered on a self-employed basis.

The pitch is provided free of charge, with electricity and gas covered by us.
