We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking couple to join our team as Wardens at our busy camping and glamping site in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to a confident couple who thrive under pressure, enjoy working outdoors and are not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
What We`re Looking For
We need a couple who can quickly pick up new systems, think on their feet and confidently handle the day-to-day challenges of a busy hospitality business. Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, site operations or a similar hands-on role is essential.
The ideal couple will:
- Work well together, both independently and as part of the wider team
- Be practical, proactive and highly organised
- Stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Be confident prioritising tasks in a busy and sometimes unpredictable environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
- Be self-motivated, energetic and willing to go the extra mile
- Have strong hospitality, people and problem-solving skills
- Be adaptable and happy to turn their hands to a range of tasks
What the Role Involves
This is a varied operational role with plenty of responsibility. You`ll be involved in all aspects of running a busy camping and glamping site, from guest check-ins and customer service to cleaning facilities, housekeeping, general maintenance and helping the wider team wherever needed.
A significant part of the role involves cleaning and housekeeping, so a real eye for detail is essential. We take great pride in the quality of our accommodation, and we`re looking for someone who shares that pride, takes care in their work and has a perfectionist`s approach to getting everything just right. We want every guest to get that `wow` feeling when they walk through the door.
We`re looking for a couple who can work efficiently, use their initiative and manage day-to-day tasks confidently without needing step-by-step direction.
