About the Role
Hendre Hall is seeking enthusiastic and flexible Hospitality Team Members to join our team in Llwyngwril, Snowdonia.
This is a versatile, hands-on role where you will work across our coffee shop, restaurant, and bar, as well as assisting with our campsite front of house operations. If you enjoy variety, interacting with guests, and working in a warm, customer-focused environment, we`d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Coffee Shop & Cafe Duties: Preparing hot and cold beverages, taking orders, serving food/cakes, and operating the till.
Bar & Restaurant Front of House: Serving drinks, seating guests, taking table orders, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining a welcoming dining atmosphere.
Cleanliness & Standards: Keeping all dining, bar, and service areas clean, hygienic, and well-stocked throughout the shift.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in a cafe, bar, restaurant, or customer service environment is preferred (though training will be provided for candidates with a great attitude).
Skills: Friendly, confident communicator with a hard-working, team-player approach.
Availability: Ready for an immediate start, with flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
