Seasonal Couple Wanted - New Forest National Park

We`re looking for one more outgoing, versatile couple to join our friendly team at Red Shoot Camping Park for the 2027 season!
We`re a family-oriented, 90+ pitch camping and touring park in the beautiful New Forest National Park. With two couples returning to work with us in 2027, we`re looking for another great couple to complete our team.
This is a varied, hands-on role for two people who enjoy working with the public, are quick to learn and are happy to turn their hand to just about anything. You`ll need to be friendly, easy-going, flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a practical approach to getting things done.
What does the job involve?
Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
Meeting, greeting and pitching new arrivals, explaining the park layout and our expectations.
Monitoring pitches, answering customer enquiries and resolving minor problems or disputes.
Keeping our toilet and shower facilities clean and well maintained.
Cleaning our Shepherd Huts, holiday cottage and rental caravan.
Working in our busy general store and bakery.
Taking bookings using our computerised booking system.
Carrying out regular health and safety checks of fire safety and playground equipment.
Gardening, light groundworks and general park maintenance.
Overnight supervision of the park.
Other general duties involved in running a busy camping and touring park.
You`ll need to be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, so this role combines customer service and office/shop duties with practical, hands-on work around the park.
A little about you
Although we`re recruiting a couple, we need two capable individuals who can also work independently of each other. This means you must be comfortable occasionally working different shifts, taking lunch breaks separately and managing your own responsibilities.
We recognise that everyone has their own strengths, and we`ll do our best to make use of them. However, this is not a job where one person works indoors while the other works outside. Both of you must be willing and able to undertake all aspects of the role, from office and shop duties to cleaning, gardening and general park maintenance. You`ll need to be comfortable working independently, sometimes at different times and without your partner alongside you. A willingness to learn, muck in and turn your hand to whatever needs doing is essential.
We`re looking for people who are committed to getting the job done, take pride in their work and understand that running a busy holiday park requires a degree of flexibility. We value people who are proactive, adaptable and focused on doing a good job, rather than simply watching the clock!
What we offer
Season: March to October 2027
Pay: £12.90 per hour each
Accommodation: A static caravan provided
Working pattern: Full-time, including weekends and evening shifts
