Contract Length: Seasonal (7 months, March - October)
Hours: Combined weekly part-time hours starting from a minimum of 15 hours, rising to approximately 40 hours during peak season (includes weekends, bank holidays, and agreed additional hours as required)
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Accommodation Benefit: Touring pitch provided with electric hook-up (electric consumed to be paid for by the employee)
Role Overview
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated couple to join our small, friendly team.
This live-in role involves managing the turnaround of our luxury glamping accommodations, maintaining campsite facilities, and assisting with general gardening duties.
The ideal couple must be able to prioritize their workload, manage their time effectively, and ensure all check-in deadlines are met consistently without direct supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Accommodation Management:
Read and follow daily arrival reports to prepare accommodation for incoming guests.
Turn over and thoroughly clean 7 glamping units and 4 bell tents.
Strip and make beds with fresh linens.
Sweep, hoover, and mop floors.
Dust surfaces, wipe out fridges, and clean bathrooms.
Wash and manage laundry.
Regularly inspect and deep clean communal toilet and shower facilities to maintain high hygiene standards.
Gardening & Site Maintenance:
Assist with ad hoc gardening and general ground maintenance duties across the site as required.
Customer Service & General:
Maintain a smart, professional appearance and represent the park positively.
Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with guests.
Candidate Requirements
Work Ethic: Responsible, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
Experience: Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or gardening experience is helpful, but full training will be provided.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays throughout the season.
Presentation: Smart appearance and positive, customer-focused attitude.
