Pitches: 15 pitches
This highly-requested coastal caravan site is quiet, friendly & situated only 1 mile from the popular seaside resort of Mablethorpe.
Mablethorpe is a place for people of ALL ages, and has recently been named as one of UK`s emerging summer holiday destinations by Holiday Lettings
This luxury site offers an amazing location to enjoy the Eastern side of Lincolnshire, only 15 miles from the Lincolnshire Wolds.
Along with beautifully scenic walking & cycling routes close-by, there`s GREAT access for mobility scooters to reach the town and beach from the site.
Here`s what to expect on-site:
We have a small site capable of hosting 15 caravans, motor homes,and Campervans We believe in offering a large pitch to maximise your comfort & privacy, so you can sit back and relax during your stay.
Plus, we strongly believe in making everyone feel welcome, so we have taken measures to create a disabled-friendly site.
We have a purpose-built ablution building including:
- Excellent toilet and shower facilities...
- An accessible and very spacious disabled toilet & shower room...
- Practical wash-up areas at the front of the building...
- Access to clean, fresh water...
- Chemical toilet disposal...
- And waste water emptying points...
All pitches have electrical hook-ups on pay-as-you-go-metre
The ground is reasonably level & regularly mowed. We have built-in reinforced road trax for easy access both on and off site to prevent vehicles getting bogged down.
Your young ones can take full advantage of our child-friendly play area & trampoline*.
BBQs are allowed inside your pitch, but these MUST NOT be done on the grass. However, we are more than happy to provide bricks for you if you don`t have a desired set-up.
We have fire extinguishers on site, but we still expect each caravan/motor home/tent to be equipped with their own.
There is a local garage a few doors down with petrol, diesel and some provisions.
The supermarkets nearby include Tesco, Lidl & Co-Op.
We also recommend the local butchers, especially for your BBQ`s!
PRICE LIST:
£25 per unit for up to 2 adults, awning, and dogs...
+ £2.00 per night per extra adult...
+ £1.00 per night per child...
Eletric is pay-as-you-go basis
MAXIMUM of 4 people per pitch.

Nearby Attractions
Mablethorpe has an excellent sandy beach, and the more energetic can enjoy lovely beach walks.
By road, Chapel St Leonards is 11 miles and Skegness 18 miles, where you can visit the SSSI RSPB nature reserve at Gibraltar Point. Cleethorpes in the other direction is approx 27 miles by road.
The Roman town of Horncastle is approx 22 miles and famous for its curio and antique shops, then there is the Georgian market town of Louth only 16 miles, which still has 3 markets every week, Wed, Fri and Saturday.
Alford is 8 miles away with reputedly the largest thatched manor house in the country, well worth a visit.

On Alford Road towards Mablethorpe the A1104, after passing the hand car wash on your left start to look on your right you will see the sign Ivydene caravan site and holiday cottages there is also a yellow smiley flag flying we are just before the petrol garage.
