Description
This is a Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site, which accept caravans or motorhomes and usually tents. This is a club member only site - you can usually join on site
This is an adults only site

We have a small well drained grass site with 5 electric hookups, based in the village of Riccall, between York and Selby.
When you arrive at our caravan site you can choose from a range of generously-spaced pitches. We have hard-standing and grass pitches and you can also select an open aspect or a more sheltered option on arrival
Our site is a great place to sit back and enjoy the peace, the quiet, the sunrises and the sunsets.
But if you prefer to watch the TV, electricity hook-ups are available.
The village of Riccall (1 mile) has 2 good pubs and restaurants. The small park has a dedicated children`s play area and there are a couple of shops should you forget to bring anything.
The 412 bus runs regularly from Riccall offering hassle-free trips to York and Selby. You can also drive to the village, park for free near the village green and catch a bus from one of the many stops.
By basing yourselves at our caravan site you will discover it is an ideal area for cycling, with a safe and easy-to-ride cycle-path direct to the heart of historic York. The nearby Skipwith Common nature reserve is within easy reach (just over a mile) as is Hagge Woods.
Since the land south of York is relatively flat, cycling is a great way to get about. Of course, if you prefer walking to pedal power, then our wonderful surroundings are still all available to you, albeit at a slower pace.
We are a Camping and Caravan club site.

Selby with its beautiful Abbey and Monday Market, Carlton Towers and its Tea room, Vinyard Saturday or Sunday Market.
The quaint town of Howden, a pretty cycle ride away, The Wonky Donkey sanctuary, Castle Howard, Lotherton Hall. Temple Newham House

Owner Directions
When travelling from the South pick up the A19 and turn right at the sign for A19 Business Park. We are about 300 yards on the right side of the road.
From the North approx. 8 miles from the York outer ring road. pass two entrances to Riccall Village directing you right. ignore these and take the next left, we are about 3/4 mile along on the left side. Do not turn into business park.
The gate to the property will need to be opened. As part of GDRP regulations we must advise you there is CTV cover over this entrance
