This is an adults only site
Pitches: 8
Adult only (18 years and Over) Luxury Glamping Pods & Touring Caravan, Motorhome and Campervan Pitches. Highland Gateway Glamping and Caravanning is a family owned and run business located in the countryside of Clackmannanshire, in the heart of Scotland. We are based 1 mile from the Clackmannanshire and Kincardine bridges which allows excellent travel links to the rest of Scotland.
Dogs are welcome (max of 3), with the pitches only, and there is an newly upgraded, enclosed area where you can relax and let your dog(s) off the lead. The campsite is next to a right of way, excellent for walks with or without dogs. There is a small fee of £1 per dog per night.
We are a small & friendly campsite providing eight fully serviced hardstanding pitches, and two luxury, self catering, glamping Anthropods with Hot tubs on private, covered decking - adult only , no pets allowed (booked and priced separately, see website).
Our site has eight large, hard-standing, all-weather pitches suitable for caravans, motorhomes and campervans.
Each pitch has it own private water tap, grey waste disposal and electricity point/meter.
On site we have the following facilities included when you book a pitch: three toilets, a sink area for washing-up, two showers, rubbish/recycle area, black waste disposal and grey waste disposal area for motorhomes/campervans.
Sorry we do not have any tent pitches and cannot offer services only, a pitch must be booked over night the services are included in the pitch fee.
Nearby Attractions
There are well stocked Coops in both Clackmannan and Kincardine
Our local town Alloa is only 7 minutes drive from the campsite
Helix park is roughly 20 minutes away and is located between Falkirk and Grangemouth. It is home to the largest equine sculptures in the world whilst also providing walking, running and cycling routes within its parkland.
Stirling Castle is situated in the county of Stirlingshire, which is 25-30 mins from our site. The castle was historically known to guard the lowest crossing point on the river Forth for centuries.
The Falkirk Wheel is Scotlands first and only rotating boat lift, connecting the Forth & Clyde canal and the Union canal together. It is located roughly 25 minutes away from our site.
The Wallace Monument is located in Stirlingshire and tells the story of William Wallace. It overlooks the scene of where The Battle of Stirling Bridge took place along with some amazing views of the City of Stirling.

Owner Directions
From the M9 take the M876 and go over the Kincardine bridge into Kincardine
In Kincardine take left at the traffic light, then take the first possible left (about 400m past lights)
Ahead is an old power station, take right here, along a country road
You will pass over the motorway and will see a farm by the road on your left then cottages on the road on your right
Take immediate right after these cottages, you will see a road mirror and a small sign pointing to campsite - as per picture below.
