La Ferme de Clareau is a small family campsite just 1.5 km from La Motte Chalancon. Our campsite welcomes you to the heart of our magnificent 10-hectare estate, offering peace and quiet.
The site is situated within a sheep farm and one side stretches along the River Oule (good for bathing and fishing)
Enjoy wonderful starry nights in a Bell & Canvas Tipi tent, Trapper Lodge tent, Glamping Tipi tent, or Premium Grand Lodge with mountain views to relax as a couple, family, or friends.
There are 50 very large, unmarked pitches, some under trees and others in a large meadow. Most have electricity though very long leads may be needed
You can swim in our swimming pool with a view of the surrounding mountains. You can also enjoy the joys of the river "l`Oule" which borders the campsite.
Located in the heart of the campsite and close to the swimming pool, La Buvette de La Ferme de Clareau offers farmhouse breakfasts to enjoy on the terrace. You can also enjoy ice creams and drinks at any time of day.
At reception, we do our utmost to answer all your questions about the campsite and the region. IGN map available for loan, walks and other tourist documents available as well as the digital Welcome Booklet
Simple and comfortable toilets cleaned several times a day. Our restrooms are not equipped with accessible restrooms for people with reduced mobility, but these are in the planning stages and should be completed soon.
You can play ping-pong, petanque, badminton... Board games (checkers, chess, scrabble, Monopoly, etc.) are available in the living room or at reception, as well as a reading corner-library...

A freezer is available for your ice cream items (no food - immediately destroyed).

You will find local products on site, not forgetting fresh bread and croissants in the morning, which you can reserve the day before . You can also enjoy organic sourdough breads, which you can discover not far from us... And stay up to date with the latest news thanks to the daily newspapers and magazines available for purchase (by reservation) or self-service.

Surrounded by protected and unspoiled nature, take the time to breathe and discover the privileged environment of the Baronnies Provençales Regional Park during a walk or bike ride for electric bike enthusiasts or true road bike enthusiasts.
There are innumerable walking and cycling opportunities in the area
Further afield, the Vercors and Ardeche ranges are both within easy access.
From Nyons take D94 northeast for 26 km. Just before Remuzat turn north, D61 through La Motte Chalançon. Shortly turn right across bridge (site signed) climb narrow lane to farm house on right.
