Adult only 20 acre park surrounded by countryside . Nestled in 20 acres of tranquil countryside on the Cheshire Plain, The Manor Farm Caravan Park is a small, family-run adults only retreat offering both grass and hardstanding pitches screened by mature trees and hedges.
Facilities at Manor Farm are deliberately low-key to preserve the peace and encourage local wildlife.
Peaceful grass and hardstanding touring pitches, some with electric or by a wildlife pond
There are 20 non electric grass pitches (Rabbit) that are located in the Lower Meadow area of the campsite, some with views across the scenic wildlife pond. These measure 5m x 9m and welcome trailer tents, roof tents, campervans, caravans and motorhomes.
If you would like an electric hook up, the Robin area offers 5m x 8m grass pitches in the Upper Meadow. These come with 6 amp electric hook ups, allowing for trailer tents, roof tents, campervans, caravans and motorhomes.
For hardstanding pitches, there are three options. A 5m x 8m pitch (Fox) with a 10 amp hook up, a 5m x 7m pitch (Hawk) with a 6 amp hook up, or a larger 6m x 10m pitch (Badger) with 10 amp hook ups. Each comes with a neighbouring grassed area, and allows campervans, caravans and motorhomes.
There are spotless showers with plenty of hot water, plus a covered washing-up area for guests` convenience.
There are two wildlife ponds and a field for dog walking
It is a calm and natural haven, perfect for spotting wildlife — from birdsong at dawn to wild rabbits hopping through the fields.
As evening falls, you might catch sight of ducks, and geese settling by the ponds or hedgehogs quietly foraging in the hedgerows.

Nearby Attractions
The nearby village of Tattenhall (five minutes` drive or 20 minutes walk) is full of charm, with black-and-white cottages, independent shops, and a good choice of pubs (The Bear, Sportsman & The Letters), restaurants and takeaways.
Cambers Country Store is next door which has a cafe and farm shop.
The ice cream farm is a 45 minute walk
For days out, Delamere Forest (20 minutes) offers miles of scenic trails for walking, cycling and horse riding, while Chester (20 minutes) is perfect for history lovers — with its Roman walls, Tudor-style buildings and famous zoo.

Grass non electric pitches £20 per night. Hardstanding or grass electric pitches £25.00 per night. All grass pitches only available from April to September subject to weather and ground conditions.
