Welcome to Mill House Camping! We are an adults only campsite in the Suffolk countryside.
The campsite is nestled in a quiet corner of an active smallholding. Jackie and Giles have been tending to the land for the last 16 years and Rosie and Emma have recently joined them for a new adventure. You may come across various animals during your stay, including goats and our two friendly sheepdogs. Jackie`s newest venture- her flower farm- is situated in the middle of the campsite.
We hope to offer all campers a peaceful and relaxing experience- and an opportunity to share a slice of sleepy Suffolk with both newcomers and those returning to the area.
The Victoria Pub is at the bottom of the hill!
Camping:
There are 5 pitches on site, suitable for 1 tent and up to 4 adults. To ensure that the site is peaceful and calm for all campers we ask that you do not book more than 2 pitches per booking.
Please contact us if you would like to bring a van, as we may be able to accommodate this depending on how busy the site is.
Fires are permitted, one per pitch. Please use the fire bowls provided, or feel free to bring your own bowl/BBQ. You can bring your own wood, however a firewood bundle of kindling, matches and logs can be provided at £10/bundle. This should be sufficient for two fires!

Glamping:
For those who would like a slightly comfier place to stay, the bell tent is available for £35/night. Included inside is:
a double bed
duvet and pillows
large beanbags for use outdoors
2 towels
battery powered lamps
The bell tent is situated on the campsite, sharing the same facilities available as those using the pitches:
2 toilets and 1 shower
Use of the kitchen
Nearby Attractions
The market town of Framlingham with its 12th century castle is less than 5 miles away - it`s a lovely bike ride down the back roads.
Swimming is at Stowmarket leisure centre, go-karting at Martlesham (20 mins) and horse-riding at Wickham Market.
We are around 40 mins drive from the seaside at Aldeburgh and Southwold.
On rainy days, try Laserquest or ten-pin bowling at Martlesham.
There is a small cinema at Woodbridge and a modern multiplex in Ipswich.

Owner Directions
The campsite is on the western side of Earl Soham (you do not want any other `Earl` or `Soham`) on the A1120 tourist route. From A14/A140, take the A1120.
The site entrance is on the right immediately after the 30mph Earl Soham sign. If you go through the village you`ve gone too far.
From the Framlingham direction, take the A1120 to Earl Soham.
Go through the village, past the Victoria and turn left towards Stowmarket.
The site entrance is about 500 yds up the hill on your left, past the orange house, just before the speed limit sign.
